What is Caregiver Connection?

The Caregiver Connection is a group for caregivers seeking support, connection, and understanding as they care for someone with a life-limiting illness. Learn about caregiving and community resources, share experiences, and connect with others on a similar journey.

When is the group?

The Caregiver Connection meets on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month from 1 pm- 2:30 pm in Stratford.

Worried about leaving your loved one?

​

Rotary Hospice can offer a volunteer through our Visiting Hospice program to stay with your loved one so that you can attend the Caregiver Connection program.
