We recognize that end of life care is a challenging time for loved ones and their families. We were able to manage Nancy's care at home with our family doctor's guidance, community nurses and support from each other, but wish hospice care was a local option in 2012.

Rotary Hospice is near and dear to our hearts and we feel it is a fitting way to honour Nancy's memory".
